Thin Line Soapcrafters offers handcrafted soaps, beard oils, grooming products, gift items, merchandise, and other related products.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, variations may occur between individual items or batches.
These variations may include differences in:

- Pattern
- Texture
- Shape
- Weight
- Scent
- Finish
- Placement or appearance of decorative elements
Minor variations that are normal to handmade production are not considered defects.
Product photographs are provided for reference. Actual colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, batch differences, and the handmade nature of our products.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed.
3. PERSONAL-CARE PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT USE
Soaps, beard oils, and other grooming or personal-care products should be used only as directed.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, these products are intended for external use only.
Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient information before use, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitivities.

Product descriptions, website content, social-media content, and other information provided by Thin Line Soapcrafters are provided for general informational purposes only. 4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product or inventory errors
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment authorization problems
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Suspected misuse of promotions or discount codes
- Orders we reasonably believe violate these Terms
- Circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling an order
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information when requested.
Thin Line Soapcrafters is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error has occurred.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
If a pricing or technical error materially affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund or contact the customer with available options.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled and shipped according to the timelines and terms stated in our Shipping Policy and any applicable product listing.
Delivery estimates provided by Thin Line Soapcrafters or a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, emergencies, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we become aware that we cannot ship an order within the timeframe we promised, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, including providing appropriate notice and cancellation or refund options when required.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Eligible products may be returned within the timeframe and subject to the conditions described in that policy.
Because soaps, beard oils, grooming products, and similar products are personal-care items, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, except when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or when otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact Thin Line Soapcrafters as soon as possible.
We may request reasonable documentation, including photographs of:
- The product
- Product packaging
- Shipping packaging
- Shipping labels
- Visible damage
If we determine that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to the customer as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before an order enters fulfillment.
10. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND FREE ITEMS
Promotions, discount codes, free samples, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Discount codes have no cash value.
- Promotions may be limited by product, customer, quantity, or time period.
- Free samples and complimentary products are not eligible for cash refunds.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable unless required by law or unless sufficient information is available for us to verify the original purchase and remaining balance.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any Thin Line Soapcrafters intellectual property.
