Our soaps and beard oils are produced in limited batches with close attention to formulation, quality, and presentation. Because our products are handcrafted, reasonable variations in color, pattern, texture, shape, weight, scent, finish, and decorative placement may occur. These natural variations make each batch unique and are not considered defects.

We aim for approximately 5 ounces when each bar is cut. Cold-process soap naturally loses water while curing, so the finished weight and dimensions may vary slightly from bar to bar.

Our cold-process soap is allowed to cure before it is offered for sale. We generally plan for a 4–6 week cure, which helps the bar become harder and longer lasting. Soap shown as a draft or upcoming product is not available for purchase until it is properly cured and ready to sell.

Ingredients are listed on the applicable product page and product packaging when available. Please review the complete ingredient list before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Our personal-care products are intended for external use only unless specifically stated otherwise. Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Place a few drops into your palm and rub your hands together. Massage the oil through a clean, slightly damp beard, working it into both the beard hair and the skin beneath it. Start with a small amount and add more as needed for a longer or fuller beard.

Online soap pricing is 1 bar for $7.99, 2 bars for $15, or 3 bars for $20. You may mix available soap varieties, and the qualifying discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using factors such as package weight, package dimensions, destination, selected service, and current carrier rates. Available shipping options and the final charge are displayed before payment. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

In-stock orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Carrier transit commonly takes approximately 2–5 additional business days, although delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free local delivery is available for eligible orders of $20 or more within ZIP code 77536. Eligible customers will see the local-delivery option during checkout when their address and order qualify.

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they remain in their original packaging and condition. Because soaps, beard oils, and similar grooming products are personal-care items, opened or used products are generally not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law. Please review our Return & Refund Policy and contact us before mailing a return.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product, packaging, shipping container, and shipping label when available. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order.
